In today's generation, I believe that eLEARNING can make a teacher especially in the college, a difference towards teaching-learning environment, where youth are very much influence with the art of Technology. Thus, I need to be ready and more knowledgeable if not expert in the new trends of teaching where IT-integrated instruction is highly recommended especially in the higher education.
Personally, I'm ready for eLEARNING with the help of my expert professor, who taught me and my colleagues the real essence of eLEARNING.I was able to enhance my teaching strategies and techniques from what I've learned from him, I even apply it to my class in Educational Technology especially the blogging.... their reflections per lesson as their quiz... no more paper-pen quiz... I know it benefits my students a lot, as they said that they're amazed and enjoyed doing it.
Yes. I'm ready but not that much, since there's still a lot to study about eLEARNING.... I believe nothing is impossible as long as there is willingness to learn and enthusiasm to apply in the class... in the teaching-learning process.
