WHAT MAKES YOU A STAR PERFORMER?

Our character is the fount of everything we do. It is the bed-lock of our dreams and aspirations. From our character springs forth of our creative ways to carry out the task in life entrusted ahead of us. It's not about becoming a star for others to be looked upon but it is about becoming the star you envisioned for yourself for the greater honor glory of our Maker.
I am a "star performer" when I direct all my thoughts and my actions to my one and true God whose light is is imminent and limitness. From him, I draw all my strength and become the person He wants me to be. At the end of the day, I will soon return to Him and it's not important how successful I am in all my tasks but how generous I am in giving myself for others. "Success is not about winning; failure is not about losing... What matter most is one's willingness to do his/her best... my best not because of the end but because of my strength of character. Success of being a star is about how many lives have I touched and help changed for the better.
In a nutshell, the essence of performance is our character in doing the tasks without so much thinking of the outcome but in doing the tasks on how they ought to be done all for GOD's GREATER GLORY!
